2015 Awards

The 2015 Kids Film Fest awards are listed below (many can be viewed by clicking on them). These were judged by a panel of kids named at the bottom of this page. No kid could judge their own video & the host’s personal video entries were ineligible for the top 3 (but eligible for the category awards).

The top 3 films each received CalMan RGB Computer Monitor Calibration Software with a SpectraCal C3 Colorimeter, a $249 value.

1st Place Winner: Spy School by Homelink Innovators (Grades 1-5)

2nd Place Winner: Universal Remote by Homelink Innovators (Grades 6-8)

3rd Place Winner: 5 Green and Endangered Frogs by Hannah Marschell

Best Stop Motion: LEGO Friends Come to Life by Aniya Woodard

Best Camera Work: Mind Control Robbery by Caleb Davenport

Craziest: Youtuber vs Dragon Slayer by Caleb Schuh

Creative Sound: Agent Chase by Jack Gardner

Best Storyline: Secret LEGO Building Team by Luka Bollier

Best Horror Film: The Strange Boy by Morgan Bradley

Best Book Adaption: The Giving Tree by the Jones & Burger Families

Best Fan Film: Journey to a Mistake by Katelyn & Eli Lindberg

Best Special Effects: Spy School by Homelink Innovators (Grades 1-5)

Best Science Fiction: Universal Remote by Homelink Innovators (Grades 6-8)

Best Message: 5 Green and Endangered Frogs by Hannah Marschell
